Q:I Paid by Paypal e-Check, why is my order delayed?
A:If you paid by e-Check, PayPal withdrew the money from your account and sent your payment to us in the form of a pending e-Check. e-Checks through PayPal can take up to 4 business days to clear. We may have received your pending e-Check; however, the funds (the actual payment) are not received until the pending e-Check has cleared in our account(just like a regular check). Once your e-Check has cleared, your item will ship out on the next business day. Our automated system does not recognize the echeck as a Payment until the funds clear, so we may send automated reminders in the interim. Once the payment clears, you will receive an email indicating the invoice is paid and the order will ship.


Q:Why am I am being charged Sales Tax?
A:Sales taxes is based on the Sales Tax NEXUS requirements within your State or Province. Dealtree is a wholly owned subsidiary of SELLER SHOPPER and as such, we have NEXUS in MULTIPLE STATES, and for this reason we are obligated to report, charge and remit sales taxes in all states where SELLER SHOPPER has a presence.


Q:Do you ship to Canada?
A:No, we currently only ship to USA (lower 48 states) destinations. Due to lack of international payment protection for sellers, we are unable to accept payments for shipments to Canada using AMEX, VISA, MasterCard, or PAYPAL. We require all orders to have a shipping address matching either the Credit Card billing address or the Paypal Confirmed Address.


Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:No, we only ship within the 48 continental United States.


Q:I??m out of the country. Can I ship to the US?
A:Only if your Paypal account is valid and registered in the United States of America, and you ship to an address within the 48 continental United States, then you can place an order.


Q:Do you combine shipping charges or offer discounts on bulk purchases?

A:Not at this time.
